Why I’m Blogging

Next month will mark the 20th year anniversary of when I started my first company, Rocky Mountain Low Vision. Since January 1997, I have started a number of companies. Some have been successful and some failed. I’ve also worked for a few other startups and a few established companies. Each has given me valuable experience that has led me to who I am and where I am today.

I wanted to start this blog to share my experiences as an entrepreneur as well as my other life experiences in hopes that it may help someone else in some way. My interests are widespread, from business, marketing and startups to everything tech related, including cybersecurity, internet of things and virtual reality to sports, entertainment, current events, religion and politics. I intend to keep my blog focused on things that I have my most experience in, namely business (including sports business).

As this year nears an end, I will be rolling out some new things with my blog. I hope that you will stay tuned for these announcements. Your time is valuable and I hope that what I put out on my website here can benefit you in some way. Feel free to connect with me on social media and email me if there’s anything that you feel would be worth discussing.

Happy holidays!

Steve
